HI! I am Désirée, and I am a fitness enthusiast and digital entrepreneur originally from Italy, now living her American dream in the lone-star state! I discovered my passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle during my master’s studies in Milan and armed with sneakers and dumbbells, I decided to dedicate my life to fitness.

It all started as a hobby, and then became a true passion: now, I’m a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer, also specialized in pregnancy and postpartum training.

Fitness has made me the strongest, most resilient, and confident version of myself. My goal as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Influencer is to inspire every woman to find their BEST selves, confident in their own skin, and aware of their incredible strength. I want to help women find the motivation to reach their maximum potential, encouraging them to love themselves a little bit more, everyday.

When I’m not wearing my eccentric leggings and sports bra, I’m a true Marketer with a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Management for Art, Culture and Communication, and a M.Sc. degree in Marketing Management, both conferred from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Essentially… I’m a concentrated mix of energy and creativity in 5’2”!

GetStronger Live was born in 2018 as

A Summer Sweat, when I first brought

the bootcamp concept to Italy, in my hometown Palermo.

Given its great success, I planned a second and third edition in 2019 and 2021 in collaboration with brands leaders in the health and fitness industry: Ambrosiae, Baretto Mondelo, Damiano Organic, Emmy’s Organics, Fior di Loto, FoodSpring, Fré Skincare, I Love Sicilia, Kind Snacks, Makeit Fresco, Rigoni di Asiago, Sweat, Vivoo, and Women’s Best.

In 2023 we rebranded our event as GetStronger Live, and partnered with FoodSpring, MiAmo, Pomélo, Salumificio Bordoni, Baretto Mondello, Bears with benefits, Flower Burger, and Oceanapart.

We plan on expanding our event line-up in the years to come!
