9-week program designed to build strong and round glutes, creating a harmonious physique.

12-week program perfect for those who want to train at home in just 20-25 minutes.

HI! I am Désirée, and I am a fitness enthusiast and digital entrepreneur originally from Italy, now living my American dream in the lone-star state! I discovered my passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle during my master’s studies in Milan and armed with sneakers and dumbbells, I decided to dedicate my life to fitness.

It all started as a hobby, and then became a true passion: now, I’m a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer, also specialized in pregnancy and postpartum training.

Fitness has made me the strongest, most resilient, and confident version of myself. My goal as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Influencer is to inspire every woman to find their BEST selves, confident in their own skin, and aware of their incredible strength. I want to help women find the motivation to reach their maximum potential, encouraging them to love themselves a little bit more, everyday.

When I’m not wearing my eccentric leggings and sports bra, I love to spend time with my husband, my son and my dog, and I’m a true Marketer with a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Management for Art, Culture and Communication, and a M.Sc. degree in Marketing Management, both conferred from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Essentially… I’m a concentrated mix of energy and creativity in 5’2”!

My programs are designed for any fitness level and are built upon the principle of progressive overload. As weeks go by, and you get stronger, the intensity of the workouts will increase.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. The pause option is valid for 1, 2, or 3 months, and at the end of the selected pause period, the subscription will automatically resume.

While I am a pre-natal and post-natal fitness specialist, my fitness programs are not suitable for pregnant women. If you were active before becoming pregnant, I recommend you work with a personal trainer under direct supervision of your healthcare professional and follow their recommendations to ensure your workouts are safe for you and your baby.
