What is week 0?

If you are a new member and have subscribed to my app, you will receive free access to my platform for 7 days. You will be brought to an introductory week, which I like to call week 0 that will provide a selection of the different training methods used throughout my fitness programs.

If you are subscribed to my Diamond Plan you will receive access to the nutritionist’s questionnaire after the first payment is processed.

Is there an age requirement to subscribe?

Before starting any new fitness and/or nutrition program, you should consult your healthcare professional. My fitness program is recommended for women aged 18-50 years of age. If you do not fall within this age range, in addition to consulting your healthcare professional, please make sure to always listen to your body, follow your own pace and make the necessary modifications needed to suit your capabilities. In addition, if you are younger than 18 years old, please make sure to obtain your parents’ or legal guardian’s approval before subscribing.

What fitness level are your online fitness programs designed for?

My programs are designed for any fitness level and are built upon the principle of progressive overload. As weeks go by, and you get stronger, the intensity of the workouts will increase.

Can I subscribe to your fitness programs if I am experiencing an injury and/or a medical condition?

My fitness programs are not suitable for individuals experiencing an injury or any other health concerns and medical conditions that can be aggravated by physical exercises. As usual, please consult your healthcare professional and begin a new fitness and/or nutrition program only if you have received clearance from your healthcare professional.

Are your online fitness programs suitable for pregnant women?

While I am a pre-natal and post-natal fitness specialist, my fitness programs available on the are not suitable for pregnant women. If you were active before becoming pregnant, I recommend you work with a personal trainer under direct supervision of your healthcare professional and follow their recommendations to ensure your workouts are safe for you and your baby.

Are your online fitness programs suitable for men?

While my online fitness programs are designed specifically for women, men can surely participate. My only recommendation for men is to consult a healthcare professional to ensure they are following a proper diet plan.

How can I change my PayPal payment method?

  • Access your PayPal account
  • Go to Settings.
  • Click the Payments tab
  • Click Manage Automatic Payments
  • Select ITSDESIFIT LLC
  • Click on Payment method and update

How can I change the credit card associated with my account if it is different from PayPal?

  • Click on the profile icon
  • Click update payment method
  • Click on the pencil icon next to your credit card
  • Click add payment method
  • Add your new card details
  • Click update
  • How can I pause or cancel my subscription via the app?

    • Click on the profile icon
    • Click on ” SUBSCRIPTION”
    • Click on “CHANGE STATUS”;
    • You will be redirected to the website, enter your credentials
    • Click on the profile icon again
    • Click on ” SUBSCRIPTION”
    • Click on “CHANGE STATUS”
    • You will see a pop-up screen that will allow you to temporarily pause or cancel your subscription  

    You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months, at the end of the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume.

    How can I pause or cancel my subscription via browser?

    • Click on the profile icon
    • Click on ” SUBSCRIPTION”
    • Click on “CHANGE STATUS”
    • You will see a pop-up screen that will allow you to temporarily pause or cancel your subscription

    How can I switch subscription plans?

    To switch from the Gold plan to the Diamond plan or vice versa, write to info@itsdesifit.com

    How do I pick my training program?

    During your first log in, you will see a screen where you can access the programs’ dashboards.

    Select the one you want to workout with by clicking on the image, and then click on “Work out”

    How can I change my training week?

    • Click on the barbell icon
    • Next to WEEK you will see a dropdown menu, click on the menu
    • Select the week in the popup screen
    • Click “Yes I am sure”

    How can I change my training program?

    • Click on the barbell icon
    • On the top left corner, you will see a dropdown menu with your current selected program
    • Select the new program in the popup
    • Click “Yes I am sure screen”

    Diamond Plan: where I can find my meal plan?

    To view your meal plan?

    • Click on the nutrition icon
    • Click on MY DIET

    You will receive your meal plan within 7 business days after submitting your questionnaire.
