What is week 0?
If you are a new member and have subscribed to my app, you will receive free access to my app for 7 days. You will be brought to an introductory week, which I like to call week 0 that will provide a selection of the different training methods used throughout my fitness program.

The Diamond plan does not include a trial week. To receive access to the questionnaire and your meal plan, you need an active paid subscription.

Is there an age requirement to subscribe?
Before starting any new fitness and/or nutrition program, you should consult your healthcare professional. My fitness programs are recommended for women aged 18-50 years of age. If you do not fall within this age range, in addition to consulting your healthcare professional, please make sure to always listen to your body, follow your own pace and make the necessary modifications needed to suit your capabilities. In addition, if you are younger than 18 years old, please make sure to obtain your parents’ or legal guardian’s approval before subscribing.

What fitness level is your online fitness program designed for?
My programs are designed for any fitness level and are built upon the principle of progressive overload. As weeks go by, and you get stronger, the intensity of the workouts will increase.

Can I subscribe to your fitness program if I am experiencing an injury and/or a medical condition?
My fitness programs are not suitable for individuals experiencing an injury or any other health concerns and medical conditions that can be aggravated by physical exercises. As usual, please consult your healthcare professional and begin a new fitness and/or nutrition program only if you have received clearance from your healthcare professional.

Is your online fitness program suitable for pregnant women?
While I am a pre-natal and post-natal fitness specialist, my fitness programs are not suitable for pregnant women. If you were active before becoming pregnant, I recommend you work with a personal trainer under direct supervision of your healthcare professional and follow their recommendations to ensure your workouts are safe for you and your baby.

Is your online fitness program suitable for men?
While my fitness programs are designed specifically for women, men can surely participate. My only recommendation for men is to consult a healthcare professional to ensure they are following a proper nutrition plan.

How can I pause my subscription?
To PAUSE your subscription, follow these steps:

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu
  • Click on MANAGE next to “Subscription status”
  • You will be redirected to a new webpage
  • Click on the box where you see your subscription details
  • Click on Pause subscription
  • Click on Confirm pause

You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days, at the end of the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume.

Friendly reminder that to pause your subscription you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your billing date. If you pause your subscription after your recurring payment has occurred, we cannot refund the payment and the pause will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

How can I reactivate my paused subscription?
To REACTIVATE your paused subscription, follow these steps:

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu
  • Click on MANAGE next to “Subscription status”
  • You will be redirected to a new webpage
  • Click on the box where you see your subscription details
  • Click on Resume now
  • Click on Confirm

I accidentally canceled or paused my subscription. How can I remove the scheduled cancellation or pause?

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu
  • Click on MANAGE next to “Subscription status”
  • You will be redirected to a new webpage
  • Click on the box where you see your subscription details
  • At the top of the checkout page, you will see a purple box with details on your scheduled cancellation or pause
  • Click on Remove scheduled pause or Remove scheduled cancellation
  • Click on Confirm

How can I cancel my subscription?

  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu

  • Click on Cancel subscription
  • Click on Confirm cancellation

For in-app purchase please use the following instructions:

  • Open the App Store app
  • Click your account icon on the top right corner
  • Click Subscriptions
  • Click on GetStronger: Fitness for Women subscription
  • Click Cancel Subscription

How can I change my subscription plan?

To CHANGE your subscription plan, follow these steps:

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu
  • Click on the CHANGE PLAN button next to “Subscription type”
  • Choose the desidered plan (periodicity + type)
  • Enter your login details
  • Click on CONFIRM CHANGE PLAN

At this point the checkout screen will open:

  • Click on Proceed to Checkout to complete the change
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use
  • Click on Pay & Subscribe

NB:

  • By type of subscription we mean Gold or Diamond.
  • By periodicity we mean the frequency of payment: monthly or half-yearly.
  • You can UPGRADE the periodicity of the same type of subscription (e.g. monthly Gold to semi-annual Gold or monthly Diamond to semi-annual Diamond) at any time by paying the adjusted difference between the type of plan.
  • You can DOWNGRADE the periodicity for the same type of subscription (e.g. semi-annual Gold to monthly Gold) only at the end of the previously selected subscription. When downgrading your subscription, the subscription frequency selected by the user at the time of subscribing is binding until its completion. To switch to a different subscription frequency you have to wait for the current subscription period to be completed. At the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will switch to the selected subscription frequency.
  • You can UPGRADE or a DOWNGRADE between different types only for the same periodicity (e.g. from monthly Gold to monthly Diamond). The upgrade will be immediate with payment of the adjusted difference between the two subscriptions, while the downgrade will take place only at the end of the previously selected subscription.
  • You can NOT make changes both in terms of type and frequency at the same time on your own. For example, it is not possible to make the transition from monthly Gold to semi-annual Diamond on your own. In this case, contact us by email at least 72 hours prior to your billing date at info@itsdesifit.com and we will help you.

How can I change the email address associated with my account?

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Profile in the drop-down menu
  • Enter the new email in the space provided
  • Click on Edit

How can I change my password?

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Password in the drop-down menu
  • Enter the new password in the space provided
  • Click on Edit

How can I change my payment method?

  • Log in with your credentials from a mobile browser or PC. Click here to log in!
  • Click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  • Click on Subscription in the drop-down menu
  • Click on the MANAGE button next to “Subscription status”
  • Click on Payment methods
  • Click on Edit Payment Method to add a new payment method
  • Click on Update

How can I change my fitness program?

  • Log in with your credentials to your mobile app
  • Click on the name of the current program at the top of the screen
  • Click on the desired program (Postpartum, Home, or Gym)
  • Click on Yes I’m sure

To save the option, you will need to complete at least 1 workout of the newly selected program.

How can I change workout week?

  • Log in with your credentials to your mobile app
  • Inside your dashboard, you’ll find a workout tracker with days and lightning
  • At the top of the tracker, on the right, you will see the word WEEK and the number of the current week.
  • Click to Change your training week
  • Click on Confirm

To save the option, you will need to complete at least 1 workout of the newly selected week.

Diamond Plan: where I can find my meal plan?

  • Click on the nutrition icon on the bottom navigation bar
  • Click on MY DIET

You will receive your meal plan within 7 business days after submitting your questionnaire.
