FAQ

My programs are suitable for all fitness levels and are based on the principle of progressive overload. As the weeks go by and you get stronger, the intensity of your workouts will increase.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. The pause is valid for 1, 2 or 3 months, and at the end of the selected pause period the subscription will automatically resume.

Although I am a pregnancy and postpartum fitness specialist, my training programs are not suitable for pregnant women. If you were active before your pregnancy, I recommend working with a personal trainer under the direct supervision of your doctor, and following their advice to make sure your workouts are safe for you and your baby.
